To enroll in the CNA program, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Present a government-issued ID and secondary form of ID
Provide proof of education (high school diploma, GED, or transcript)
Pass the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test (if no proof of education)
Provide a Social Security card
Submit negative Tuberculosis test results
Provide a COVID vaccination record
Have a valid BLS Provider card (AHA). If not available, PHI provides certification for $50.
